We used to know of money, jewelry, paintings and other of value products donated. But cars as well are accepted by these charities, old ones even those, which does not run anymore. But of course, the price will vary depending upon the usability of the car. An old car will cost a lot as long as it is still running, while a new car will be bought at a low price if lots of things have to be repair on it.  If you want to donate a car, there are car donation organizations that will do the process for you. They will sell your car and the money will proceed to the charity you wish to donate. It can be donated to any charitable organization you wish.

There’s a lot of benefit if one donates a car to a charity, your tax is decrease, and the organization will do the selling for you and of course you are able to help. There’s been a lot of argument regarding this issue that not all the money paid for the car donated goes to the charity.
