One of the reasons of high death tolls in the road are those speeding cars. Some just couldn’t care if they are driving more than 30mph in a busy road. Even if they paid ticket or their licensed being marked, they just don’t learn. Despite various article about driving tips and warnings, still many people are doing it. Seeing police cars chasing a speeding car is not funny.

 One doesn’t really know what will happen in the road, no matter how careful you are in driving yet there are still those lunatic, who thinks they own the whole road. What does it take for people to behave well on the road? Many innocent lives had been lost already by speeding cars, many houses and government properties were broken. Maybe tickets are not enough for such people to learn. How about impounding their car? After all the government have already set a place for those speeding drivers – legal racing. I think these people are frustrated racers and actors.
