And if you decided to bring your family and lots of suitcase, definitely bring your car and your car breakdown insurance. It’s hard to imagine that the holiday all of you are excited about will end up in car breakdown and huge bills. Well, that is exactly what you will be getting when you had a holiday on other country and have no breakdown insurance. European countries and UK are very particular with these, since many people do travel along this country taking their vehicle. They might even ask for a green card that entails your traveling abroad with your car is insured.
Car breakdown insurance has many advantages; the insurance company will pay for the cost of repairing your car anywhere or returning it to your country if it can’t be driven anymore. If the car is stolen, they will pay the cost of your travel to get home. It will also include legal cover and the cost of delivering the replacement parts if it is not available in local stores. Good car breakdown insurance will also allow you to continue your holiday even if your car is in repair by getting a car replacement and putting your family in a hotel. If you had an accident, it will cover all medical bills. So, before you leave for a holiday with your car, check with you insurance agent and ask about your car breakdown insurance and its cover, if you don’t have one, don’t leave without it. Happy Holiday!
